"And We have inscribed for him everything on stone disks as a Good Advice, and spelling out clearly everything, so you holdfast It firmly, and you command your people to holdfast It in the best manner, I will show you the home of the transgressors".
Those who testify Adhikr as the Guidance, Mercy, and Herald are Muslims who submitted wholly to the Lord as told in verse 16: 89. Today, the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who read these verses are falsely claiming and boasting that they are Muslims. But by hiding and rejecting Adhikr, they have become the transgressors as explained in verses 9: 67-68. These Mujirims are serving Satan and are following in his footsteps as explained in verses 2: 168-169. The one in a thousand who becomes a believer is commanded to do great Jihad with Adhikr against these hypocrites and Kuffar as explained in verse 9: 73.
